Snoop Dogg is no stranger to the movie business, but it’s been a while. However, the rapper is set to return to the big screen for the first time since 2013.

Snoop, born Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., is set to star in Eli Roth’s upcoming horror movieDon’t Go in That House, Bi**h! according to a Friday, January 16 report by Variety. The 54-year-old record label executive is not only going to produce the flick—he’s also set to act in it.

“He’s been wanting to do Death Row Films for a long time,” Roth, 53, told the outlet, referring to the “Drop It Like It’s Hot” rapper, before he revealed, “[Snoop is] going to star in it.”

The horror director also noted that he intends “to make the ultimate haunted house movie.” He wants it to be, “something that mixes House, House by the Cemetery, Hausu, andFriday the 13th,” and that the film will be “something so insane people can’t believe it exists.”

Roth, who is best known for his work on both Hostel films plus Cabin Fever, stated that he is “going to apply for the California tax credit,” and if it is granted, he wants “to shoot [the movie] in Los Angeles so we can have all L.A. people on it.” The director also told the outlet that he is working on a budget, and that filming is scheduled to begin in June 2026.
